While we ensure the highest quality for our products, the nature of our fabrics and embroidery means we cannot guarantee against embroidery issues or color bleeding.

Transactional Disputes
All transactional disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a merchant, we are not liable for any loss or damages arising directly or indirectly from a transaction being declined due to the cardholder/customer exceeding their pre-set limit with their acquiring bank.

Local Taxes
All charges such as VAT, custom duties, local taxes, and import duties are the customer’s responsibility, as per the local laws of their country. These charges must be paid directly to the courier partner at the time of delivery. We do not offer refunds for these charges.
